Florida Attracts Cash Home Buyers

Six Florida cities are among the top ten of all US cities for all-cash home purchases. Sebastian-Vero Beach leads the list with almost 63% of the home buyers paying cash. Punta Gorda, Florida comes in at #3 with almost 60% of buyers using cash, and Naples’ cash home sales are at #6 with 56%. Overall, 28% of US home buyers pay in cash.
