Donald Trump’s Childhood Home Finally Sells

After being extensively renovated from years of mold and neglect, Donald Trump’s childhood home in New York’s Queens borough has sold for $1.93 million. The Tudor-style home in the Jamaica Estates neighborhood was built in 1940 by his father, developer Fred Trump. According to Zillow, the house has changed hands multiple times in recent years, including for $2.14 million only months after Trump took office in 2017. Tommy Lin, the seller, paid $835,000 for the five-bedroom, three-bathroom house last year.
