A 13,000-square-foot oceanfront home in San Diego will set a new area sales record for the city if it gets anywhere close to the $92.5 million it is listed. The Sand Castle Home, which looks like a sandcastle floating over the ocean, was built in 2015 and includes seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and its own private beach. The current record for a San Diego area home sale is $44.1 million.
