Homeowners Who Will Never Sell
According to Redfin, 34% of homeowners say they will never consider selling and 27% more say they won’t consider selling for at least 10 years. Only about 25 of every 1,000 US homes changed ownership in the first eight months of 2024, the lowest turnover rate in decades.
