Coming To Florida: America’s Most Expensive Home

A new home planned for Florida’s Palm Beaches area may set a new record as the most expensive home ever sold in the United States. Located on four acres in ritzy Manalapan, just south of Palm Beach, the home will have over 50,000 square feet plus a boathouse, guesthouse and amenities such as a bowling alley, car museum and a movie theater. Outside is a combined total of over 700 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal waterfront and a tunnel connecting to the two. The asking price is $285 million. The developer is Stewart Satter and the listing agent is Nick Malinosky of Douglas Elliman.
