The $85 million sale of a home in Naples, Florida is a new record for the pricey town. The 17,202-square-foot home has eight bedrooms and 250 feet of Naples Bay frontage. The buyer is David Hoffmann, founder of the Hoffmann Family of Companies, who has been on the Forbes’ ‘World Billionaires’ list since 2021.
