Every year, Niche.com ranks the US cities with the lowest cost of living, taking into account multiple variables including housing, the cost of food and gas, and the median tax rates. Niche.com determined that Brownsville, Texas had the lowest cost of living in the United States. Fort Worth, Texas and Evansville, Indiana were ranked #2 and #3.
