Olivia Dunne might have eight million followers on her video-sharing platform, but the former LSU gymnast and current Sports Illustrated swimsuit model could not convince the co-op board for Babe Ruth’s former New York City apartment to approve her purchase request. Olivia offered to pay cash for the Upper West Side apartment where Ruth lived from 1920 to 1940, but New York co-op boards are notorious for denying celebrity purchase applications.
