McCourts Lists New Boca Home $125 Million

In 2024, former Los Angeles Dodgers owner Frank McCourt, who still owns much of Dodgers stadium parking lots, paid an undisclosed sum for an unfinished Boca Raton, Florida home. Initially enticed by the home’s 220 feet of frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway, Frank and his spouse, Monica, spent a year finishing the home. According to The Wall Street Journal, the McCourts have put the 18,000-square-foot home on the market for $125 million, $50 million more than the current record for a Boca Raton home sale.
