Giant Utah Mansion Finally Sold

A buyer has been found for one of the largest homes in the United States: a Utah megamansion, almost as big as the White House, on 150 acres with 50,738 square feet that includes an indoor lazy river, a waterfall, a theater, and a bowling alley. The agreement follows millions of dollars in discounts and about five years of being on and off the market. According to listing records, the large house was first listed for $21 million in 2021. Shortly after a 2026 adjustment reduced the asking price to $11.5 million, the contract was finally signed.
