Another Diane Keaton Home Redo

Diane Keaton accomplished many things in her life, including an Academy Award, a Tony Award, and two Golden Globe Awards. Diane was also well-known in the real estate world for her keen design eye and the notable homes she renovated and restored, including Lloyd Wright’s Mayan-themed Art Deco house in Los Angeles she did in the late 1980s. Another one of her home redos has come on the market, this one in Laguna Beach, California. Real estate records show that Keaton paid $6.6 million for the circa-1976 house in 2021, restored it, and sold it for $7.9 million the next year. The almost 2,700-square-foot, four-bedroom home with ocean views is now for sale at $10.3 million.
