The Hollywood Hills home of the late producer and screenwriter Roberto Orci, who is well-known for TV and film series such as Star Trek, Transformers, and Hawaii Five-0, is for sale at $4 million. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom Mediterranean-style home was built in 1928 and has many of its original features, such as plaster walls, stained-glass windows, arches, and tilework. The property is close to some of the largest studios in the area.
