Vacant Lot Next To Jeff Bezos Home Gets $27 Million
A 1.8-acre empty plot of land next door to two of Jeff Bezos’s estates on Florida’s Indian Creek Island has sold for a record price of $105 million. Purchased by a Swiss investor in 2018 for $27.5 million, the island is often referred to as “Billionaire Bunker” because it is heavily guarded and virtually impossible to get there without permission. It is located in Biscayne Bay, less than one mile from a number of Miami Beach waterfront condos.
