Terrible US Single-Family Home Sales
US single-family home sales are at their lowest level since 2022. January’s new single-family home sales came in at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 587,000, down 17.6% from December and 11.3% from 2024. It is the lowest number since October 2022.
