Rudy Takes Haircut On UES Penthouse

Rudy Giuliani’s New York Upper East Side apartment has sold for $4.95 million, quite a bit less than the $6.5 million he asked in 2023. It is the same three-bedroom, East 66^th Street apartment that he almost lost in 2023 as payment for a $148 million lawsuit verdict for two Georgia election officials. Giuliani bought the apartment in 2002 with his then-wife, Judith Nathan Giuliani, the same year his divorce from his second wife, Donna Hanover, was finalized.
