Pending Home Sales at Lowest Level Since 2020, but Still Higher Prices

More bad news for the housing market, with fewer new home listings and active listings. Pending home sales are at the lowest level since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. Still, median home sale prices increased by 0.5% to $428,742.
