Historic $157 Million Mansion Near Mar-a-Lago

A century-old home less than a mile from President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate just had a price cut from $175 million to $157 million. Designed by Addison Mizner in the 1920s, the 21,534-square-foot, 15-bedroom mega-mansion was recently raised several feet due to flooding during storms. The property also includes a performing arts theater, a six-car garage, an infinity pool, a guest house, a tennis court, and a dock with a 40,000-pound boat lift.
