The personal finance management company looked at 26 key indicators of affordable activities, such as movie tickets and national parks. Florida ranked high for attractions per capita, arts, and entertainment. The Sunshine State also ranked high for weather, miles of shoreline, and recreation establishments. California was #1, and West Virginia was #50.
