Florida Homes Tally 60% of Expensive Sales

A Miami, Florida home was the most expensive home sold in the US in December at $101.5 million, and a Palm Beach, Florida home took the second spot with a $97.5 million sale. Florida had six of the top 10 US sales, including the top four spots. New York had two homes in the top ten, while California and Nevada each had one home on the list.
