America’s Best Small Town Is In Indiana

According to a new report from the financial services company WalletHub, America’s best small town is Carmel, Indiana. A suburb of Indianapolis, Carmel scored high in affordability, education and safety. The report also ranked two other Indianapolis suburban towns, Westfield and Fishers, in the top ten.
