GoBankingRates recently analyzed America’s best towns to retire with good weather and a cost of living under $2,000 a month. Tallahassee, Florida finished #1. According to GoBankingRates, Tallahassee has “a healthy mix of recreational activities and affordability, with a cost of living that is almost 10 percent lower than the national average for a person over 65.” Fort Myers, Florida was ranked #2 and Raleigh, North Carolina was #3.
