One of the most expensive properties currently on the market is the 137-acre Lyon Estate in Coto de Caza, California. Built in 1986 by real estate developer William Lyon, the property includes a 21,000-square-foot main house with eight bedrooms, a 23,679-square-foot car museum, a 10-stall-barn equestrian facility, two guest homes and two lakes. The listing is with Mauricio Umansky from The Agency and Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
